On this day, June 11, 2006, Tim Hildebrandt, one of the twins of The Brothers Hildebrandt, died in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  The Brothers Hidebrandt began illustrating children’s books in the 1960s. They produced a Lord of the Rings calendar in the 1970s and were the creators of the poster for the 1977 movie of Star Wars. Between 1981 and 1993 the brothers produced their art individually.
