On this day, August 19, 1967, storyboard artist and illustrator Louie del Carmen was born in Cavite City, Philippines. Del Carmen’s early work was on animated programs such as the Rug Rats and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. He has self-published his comic book Steel Noodles in 2007 and works as a story artist and director at DreamWorks.
