Happy #InternationalWomensDay to illustrator Gloria Stoll Karn, whose pulp fiction art from the 1940s is currently on view at Norman Rockwell Museum. View her vivid art, and learn more about being one of just a few female artists working in the then male-dominated field.

This Saturday, we'll present a Saturday talk on the pulp artists, including Gloria, at 1:30 p.m. We hope you'll join us!

In celebration of #InternationalWomensDay, join us tomorrow, March 8, starting at 5:30 p.m. for a look at the work of photographer Susan Copich, whose work inspires consideration of familial and female roles through irony, metaphor, and dark commentary.

Norman Rockwell Museum is teaming up with Berkshire Magazine to present a discussion with Copich, conducted by NRM DIrector Laurie Norton Moffatt, which explores the artist's timely newest series, "then he forgot my name," featured in the latest issue of "Berkshire Magazine."

The event is part of “Bringing It Home,” a quarterly series presented by Berkshire Magazine and Norman Rockwell Museum that looks at current topics that dominate the national and world stage, and brings them home to the local community. A reception will follow the program, which is free for Museum members or included with Museum admission.
