Congratualtions to the recipients of the 2012 Rockwell Center Fellowships

Dr. John Ott of James Madison University was awarded the Robert Lehman Foundation Senior Scholar Fellowship toward work on his project proposal, “Graphic Consciousness: The Visual Culture and Institutions of the Industrial Labor Movement at Midcentury.”

Ms. Bryna R. Campbell of Washington University was awarded a Robert Lehman Foundation Dissertation Fellowship toward work on her dissertation, “The Comic Grotesque: Satirizing the Body Politic in American Caricature, 1925-1945.”

Ms. Emily A. Schiller of Pennsylvania State University was awarded a Robert Lehman Foundation Dissertation Fellowship toward work on her dissertation, “Unsettled Masses: Transportation in American Art During the 1930s and 1940s.”

Ms. Ranelle Lueth of the University of Iowa was awarded a Robert Lehman Foundation Dissertation Fellowship toward work on her dissertation, “Conflicting Lines: World War I Combat Artists and Their Works.”
