ORIGINAL ART
A Traveling Exhibit celebrating the fine art of Children’s Book Illustration
The Original Art show celebrates its thirtieth year as a showcase for children’s book illustrators whose work is seldom seen outside the studio or publisher’s office.
This exhibit consists of forty colorful works of art. All forty works were featured in the juried Original Art 2010 exhibition held at the Museum of American Illustration at Society of Illustrators in New York City. Artists include 2010 award winners Carson Ellis, Renata Liwska, Dan Santat, and Hyewon Yum. Other featured artists include Mike Benny, Ian Falconer, Tad Hills, Steve Jenkins, Sean Qualls, and many more! To accompany the beautiful artwork we have included each children’s book for display. In addition, you will have the opportunity to sell the Original Art 2010 exhibition catalog as a resource and souvenir for those interested in children’s book illustration.
Availabilty: March 2012 through February 2012

This traveling exhibit addresses the current environmental issues that we face today.
Forty works will be chosen from the upcoming exhibition, EARTH: Fragile Planet, that will be held at the Museum of American Illustration at the Society of Illustrators on June 3 through July 31, 2010. EARTH will showcase many of the world’s most accomplished illustrators and talented newcomers. The exhibition will be divided into five categories: earth, energy, air, water, and wildlife. It will give the artists a forum to set forth their personal views about the state of the world and the environment. EARTH is intended to be educational and create awareness of the current and future environmental concerns.
